Robert Current,
My function as the corporate project engineering manager for US operations of capital expansions for C&M Fine Pack, Inc., I am not prone to writing thank you letters. A sad thing I guess, many times people only write about issues or problems with projects or products. Therefore I am compelled to write this statement attesting to Current Mechanical's consistent ability to provide the highest professional results. Current's service, advice and quality of work are rare in today's market. By enlisting the expertise of Currrent it has made my job easier and more importantly assisted me in meeting my project goals.
Maintaining schedules with the ability to change rapidly is ever increasing with today's technology. Current Mechanical has shown, without a doubt, that they can accomplish this task effortlessly. Your personnel are only as good as the tools, equipment, and most importantly the support and leadership from management. Having the ability to keep functions under your control is priceless. Current Mechanical having their own fabrication division has proven to be a separation from other contractors. Not only did your fabrication division support your portion of the contract but also assisted the electrical and general contractor as well. The expansion at C&M Fort Wayne plant required many special fabrications for electrical and mechanical devices. Current Mechanical placed a job trailer on-site with AutoCAD, DSL, plotting and MS-Office capabilities, which transferred to rapid drawings being produced and email to fabrication division for preparation. The ability to perform these functions on-site, more than likely saved 10-15% of the overall contract price.
Not only must a finished product meet the requirements of the project, looking "pretty" is often overlooked. This is accomplished through planning from beginning to end with engineering of the project taking into account future expansion and most importantly, serviceability.
I look forward to a long lasting relationship with Current Mechanical. Not only have they proven they provide a great product, but also have proven their commitment to stand behind their work. All project will have issues, failures, scheduling misses, and how the contractor reacts is a big separation point; are they going to submit change orders for every detail or work together to find a cost effective solution to meet budgets and make everyone come away with a quality job at a reasonable profit? Current Mechanical has shown you can have the best of both worlds.
Should you decide to forward this testimonial, please do so! I will always be willing to support companies that deserve such praise.
Thanks,
Tim Pancake

Dear Mr. Smith,
We entered into a contract with Current Mechanical to provide us with a Preventative Maintenance Program for all of our HVAC Units here at the Wabash Mill. As you are well aware a large majority of our HVAC Units were in poor condition, causing a large amount of down time for several of our HVAC Units that are critical to our production process.
Pat Kendrick and Matt Grothaus worked diligently researching all fifty-five of our HVAC Units to create a list of parts and repairs needed to get each of these units operating at optimum capacity. In conjunction with this they worked incredibly hard to maintain and keep critical units up and running until necessary repairs could be made to these units. This task was quite difficult and was handled in a most efficient and professional manner.
Within three months of starting this contract with your company we saw immediate results with improved service and a higher reliability of our units. As you are now well aware several of our units operate in a very harsh environment which was the predominant reason for failures in these units. Several key personnel at Current Mechanical worked with key personnel here at the Mill to resolve long ongoing issues with critical HVAC Units that operate in those harsh environments. In particular the HVAC Units serving our Main Switchgear Room and the KMRS Switchgear Room which Current Mechanical personnel worked with manufacturers to come up with the best solution for these two trouble areas. We were offered more than one solution for these two trouble areas helping key personnel here at the Mill to make educated decisions as to how we should proceed to rectify the failure issues with these two critical areas of our facility.
Dan Gallmeier was instrumental in creating this first contract with Current Mechanical and the Wabash Mill. His excellent presentation of what Current Mechanical could offer the Mill to meet our HVAC needs was a key factor in the decision to enter into this business venture with your Company.
Chris Bauer, Dean Bauer, and John Lindemuth played a significant part in the major improvements made to our Main Switchgear Room and the KMRS Switchgear Room. All four of these gentlemen are extremely knowledgeable in the products and solutions they sell to the customer. They should all be commended for the solutions they provided us with to stop failures on critical units.
There are not enough good things to say about Pat Kendrick and his infinite knowledge of our HVAC Units. He has been a major player in the vast improvements made to our HVAC Units within the past year. He works with several people within our facility and communicates concerns and issues with the appropriate personnel. Matt Grothaus works closely with Pat Kendrick to maintain our HVAC Units, and we have seen Matt's knowledge grow from this relationship. Both of these men should be commended on their professionalism and on the fantastic job they do maintaining all of our units.
Barb Baus in your Service Department does a wonderful job at making sure our after-hour and during-business service calls are addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Vicki Grable has been helpful in ensuring that all accounting paperwork is in order and handled properly on both ends.
In closing we have been extremely pleased with the service that has been provided to us in the past year. Breakdowns and service calls have been more than cut in half and reliability has improved immensely. We look forward to continue this working relationship with Current Mechanical.
Sincerely,
Sherri L. Schnepp

Dear Pete,
I know a lot of times people only hear about the negative aspects of a business relationship, but I thought it was time to let you know how pleased St. Jude's has been with Current Mechanical.
Current Mechanical has been providing service to both the Church and School here at St. Judes for quite a while and I have to say that everyone involved with our account has exceeded our expectations. From your management staff, to Barb your dispatcher, John the Service Manager, and most ipmortantly your service tech's who work at our facility. They are very professional and understand how to work in a school environment.
The contracts in place have without question saved our parish many dollars and allowed us peace of mind when budgeting into the future.
Once again thanks to you and your entire staff. We truly feel that Current Mechanical is our partner and look forward to continuing our relationship for years to come.

Dear Allen County Commissioners and Council,
It is with great confidence that I recommend Current Mechanical, Inc. for prospective contracts with Allen County on the rehabilitation/reconstruction project slated for the new Sheriff's Department. Current Mechanical, Inc. was responsible for the plumbing and HVAC work at the historic McCulloch House, which I own, and which is now home to the United Way of Allen County. As you may be aware, renovating an historic building poses many challenges for the contractors involved. The McCulloch House, with its place on the National Historic Registry, was no exception. Current Mechanical, Inc. rose to the challenges innate to historic restoration with their resolve and their resourcefulness. Since regulations barred installing duct work throughout the building, Current Mechanical, Inc. researched and procured alternate heating systems for the structure. Additionally, at the time of construction, there was little to no plumbing at all on site. Today, bathrooms and/or kitchens are located on each floor of the McCulloch House and in the adjacent Carriage House.
In my history of rehabbing and renovating buildings, I appreciate a company who can perform under deadline and within budget whose work is trustworthy and professional. I believe you will find, as I have found, Current Mechanical, Inc. to be an exceptional contractor. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or for further comments.
Warmest regards,
Jerome F. Henry, Jr.
